Meet Chellie Adler
Empowerment Coach. Licensed Therapist. Facilitator for Women Ready to Lead Differently.

Bio
Chellie Adler, LPC, ADHD-CCSP, ASDCS, is an empowerment coach, speaker, and licensed therapist whose work sits at the intersection of psychology, identity, and power. She partners with high-performing women and organizations to address burnout, emotional regulation, and sustainable leadership through a deeply informed, systems-aware lens.
With a foundation in clinical mental health counseling and advanced expertise in ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders, Chellie brings a rare level of psychological depth to leadership development. Her work challenges the idea that burnout is simply an individual issue, instead highlighting the cultural, organizational, and identity-based dynamics that shape how women experience success, pressure, and visibility.
She is especially sought after by women who are navigating the invisible weight of leadership, those who are accomplished on paper but feel disconnected, overextended, or stuck in patterns of over-functioning. Through her work, Chellie helps clients move beyond coping and into sustainable, embodied leadership grounded in clarity, self-trust, and aligned decision-making.
A Different Approach to Leadership
Chellie’s work is rooted in the belief that leadership is not just about strategy, it is about identity, nervous system awareness, and the ability to operate from a place of internal alignment rather than external pressure.
Her approach integrates:
Trauma-informed care and nervous system awareness
Emotional regulation and behavioral pattern recognition
Real-world workplace dynamics, including bias and power structures
Sustainable performance over short-term output
Rather than teaching women to push harder or perform better, she creates space for them to unlearn patterns that no longer serve them, reconnect with themselves, and lead in a way that is both effective and sustainable.
Who She Works With
Chellie’s work resonates most deeply with:
Women in leadership navigating burnout and identity fatigue
Neurodivergent women, including those who are late-diagnosed with ADHD or AuDHD
High-performing professionals ready to move beyond perfectionism and over-functioning
Organizations committed to supporting sustainable leadership and well-being
She is known for her ability to name what others feel but cannot articulate, creating spaces where women can stop masking, set boundaries without guilt, and lead with integrity and impact.

Whether through coaching, speaking, or organizational work, her focus remains the same: helping women move from survival-based success to sustainable, self-led leadership.
I really enjoyed this training. Michelle was so lively and really talked to us as individuals and not experts which I enjoyed. She gave real life application and I really enjoyed the time talking to others in the breakout rooms.
